I suggest to all users to be patient, theres little point in purchasing the games with incorrect discounts, as we should be getting our full discounts and that will be sorted out soon. Also those who have yet to receive emails containing promised codes will eventually, they cannot and will not forget to.

i entered my voucher pre order code and just never recieved any form of e mail response i have no idea where to start with resolving this problem

I did enter the code to get the T-shirt, Sunglasses etc.

In the Shop under the "Services List" I can now find a  "Playstation Home - SCEE Marketing", when I push it I can see the following:

These are items for your Playstation Home character. Yes they are free, and you should be expecting more emails containing further pre-order codes.

I got all the codes EXCEPT the game discount one. Hoping it gets sent soon.

I still have not got my discount but I was sent the avatar and playstation home items..

I, too, have only received the code for the avatar items, and am yet waiting for the discount code and the code for Frobisher Says. Any ideas of when these are forthcoming?
