Moderators RC Save Data Keeps Disappearing

Hi, not sure if this has been posted already, but I couldn't find any thing on here about it.

 

The issue is as the title suggests my save data keeps disappearing at random times (mostly seems to happen around the 60 medal mark).  I read that the most recent patch was meant to fix it, but it keeps happening me even after applying the patch.  Is there anyway to fix this? I'm getting fed up with trying to re-earn the same medals over and over again.
