Re: Near user guide

How do you bring up the Out and About Radar screen? Sometimes it appears and other times there is no icon for it.

Re: Near user guide

Once you've clicked the out and about boot print a list of games comes up.

On the left is an icon and on the right is a load of text. These items are separated by a vertical line. Tap on the list to the RIGHT of the vertical line

Re: Near user guide

'Near' is one area that Sony needs to improve its Vita on. When I want to play the treasure hunt game (sorry, don't have the English name at hand), I have to syncusing Near. All kinds of screens start to pop up and out (the Near app pops up, log-in pops up, another log-in pops up etc), and when it finishes, I get the announcement that 'near' isn't finished, and I should wait before going back to the original game.

I would love a 'silent mode' for Near, where apps like TOM Blitz, Ecolibrium and Threasure Hunt (again apologies for the name) can sync online in the background, while I keep on playing.

That said, Near is a niftly little addition to my Vita, even if I only have a wifi model, and therefore don't travel that much with it.
