.PS Vita App Issues.

.I've looked into the forums before posting this and i've seen that many people have C2-12828-1 error with games. I recieved the PS Vita about a week ago and I do not have any games for it yet. I did buy a memory card and i've been exploring the apps. Whenever I try to use the messaging on the Facebook App, it freezes up and I eventually get the C2-12828-1 error. I've restored my Vita to factory settings several times and formatted the memory card several times as well. 

 

.I've deleted the app and that brought up even more issues. When I try to reinstall an app, it will not let me. It shows that I already downloaded it. Eventually I had to create a new PSN in order to download apps without the mistake of already having them. Messaging isnt a big deal, but my biggest fear is that maybe something is wrong with my Vita.
