PSP Fight Night Round 3 on VITA? Plz Help

HI all, was wandering if at all fight night round 3 PSP was going be made available to download on the vita system? I have seen this happen on US VITA consoles but not on the UK ones.  This happen with gran turismo, as wasn't available but now is,does anyone know if this game will be made vita compatible???? Please help as really wanna play.
