I purchased Touch My Katamari which came with a code I could redeem at http://www.namcobandaigames.eu/psvita/ to get a discount off Ridge Racer on the PSN.

I went to the site above and entered my code which generated a 12 digit PSN code but when I try and enter this via my Vita I get the message that the code is invalid and no discount is applied.

I have searched about the forum for solutions to this issue but the only thing I can find is this thread which isnt relevant as it is concerned with the Ridge Racer DLC gold pass rather than a discount code.

I'd be happy if someone could help me, thanks.

Not sure why this was moved here as had already said its a different issue than the gold pass DLC codes not working. Anyway...

Does anyone have any suggestions? It's been about 15 hours since I generated the PSN code, does it take time for Sony to process these codes as valid?

Nothing yet. No response from emails but their twitter account is attempting to help me. Maybe if you contact them that might speed it up?
