If it is broken just return it to the retailer, they will replace it.nif you got online from game / gamestation or any online retailer with a "bricks and mortar" store, you can return it to the shop in most cases,
Got my Vita this morning and been trying it this evening.
Was in the welcome pack mini games and fit to the one using the rear camera but it was just grey
Went to the camera app worrying the camera was broken and got an Unknown error with code C4-8468-6
I am quite sad :-( anyone else?
Will contact support but really don't want to send it off to be fixed when I just got it

If you paid with a card, they normally send out the replacement first, you then have 30 days to return the old one, so you have time to transfer everything over etc. I would give them a call in the morning - if you use the "contact us" section on amazon, you can ask for a call back - even though the UK number is a freephone, you may want to speak to them on a mobile, which they will call for free Amazon are normally great about faulty items - if they don't have stock, they may let you keep using it till they do - if your able to use everything else
Have tried rebooting but no difference
Got it from Amazon so no bricks and motar to take it to and I bet Amazon have no stock lrft to replace it with
I googled the error code and found a japanese page with error code meanings and it just says unknown

I know that it seem's callous but, can I asdk if you bought the 3g or wi-fi version? Trying to figure out if theres a reason why none of the stores inmy area have received the 3g stock.
