register ps+ without ps3

need to register ps+. have a vita and a psp but no ps3 and none close by.is there a way.thx

There's no point then, as there are no features supported on the PSP or Vita. You'd be paying £34 for about £5 worth of discounts which would be a waste of money.

Just a quick one. I wondered exactly this. I get your point that obviously there's no point for now, but maybe I'll look again in future, and thanks for answering the question.
