Hi everyone, well as the topic says, my Vita is being a pain right now... Pretty much after updating to firmware 1.80, i can no longer use the 3G features which i paid an extra $40 for over the WiFi model... 3G functions were flawless before i updated from 1.67...

So basically what happens is as soon as i turn my vita on, within about 30 seconds i get this error no matter what app im using with the vita "A problem occured with a mobile network feature. Contact technical support" and the error code is "C4-3575-0"

So, trying to out smart my vita, i reboot and quickly attempt to access the network settings > mobile network settings, but then it freezes for 10 seconds then give me "An error has occured in the following application" and then error code is "C2-12828-1"

Once i return to the settings menu the "mobile network features" menu completly disappears... Ive tried "rebuild database" "restore system" and "format memory card" options in the restore menu and nothing has fixed the issue so far...

Things i've tried:
- booting without sim card insterted (still same errors)
- booting with a sim card different to my own inserted (same errors)
- booting with no memory card inserted
- booting with no game card inserted
- restored it many, many times, same as rebuilding database...

I've basically tried everything and i get no results... Please help. Thanks

Hi lysergenic,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your PS Vita Console.

It appears you have tried multiple troubleshooting steps already without success.

If you have tried another SIM card on another network and it is still not functioning even after restoring the unit several times, the unit may have suffered a hardware issue.

Hi,

The same here in SIngapore. I  returned my PSP Vita to their shop 7 Sep.2012 ( accredited Sony Playstation support Center/Shop)  because of that C4-3575-0 mobile network feature error and hand-it back to me last 15 Sept. 2012. -- They never told what had happened,.they just said they had fixed it.

With less than a week  of using it , the same error appears. Very annoying. I returned it to them again,..then

 they hold back for more than a week, and gave it back to me , 4 Oct. 2012..

AGAIN, with just few days of using it.--the same error code appear. I have done what is Lysergenic had done, but nothing happened at all.------------- now, i need to return it to the technical center once and for all....-----and its very irritating now...

Hope this error code will fix by SONY immediately.

there is no 3g symbol . i have put other sim cards but no 3g symbol.. and i restore my ps vita but no use of it ...please i need my 3g back help me

Hey Guys,

Have you tried performing the latest firmware update ( version 2.12 ) on your Vita?

If you have, then try another sim card to see if that works. If it still doesn't then please contact PlayStation Support on the numbers listed below.
