I just pick up my preorder copy of Gravity Rush today from EB Game. I got hoe and trying to redeem the Military DLC pack but its seem not to work. 

I am not sure of the reason, but I try and make sure that I enter it in correctly. both capital letters and number.

The redeem code come outside of the seal game package , I dont know whether it had been unauthorized, pre-used, or just plain faulty. 

I try to redeem it after 6 PM, in which EB Game close already so I can not contact them but I known for fact that the one I pick up @ 5.30 pm was the last copy with Military DLC pack left. 

please guide me on the appropriate solution, should I contact EB Games and have them sort it out with PSN themself or this matter can be resolve with out the need of contacting EB Games.

Hey there ArIsToKZy,

It's most likely that the code itself has not yet been activated - being that it's a new game that's technically not yet released (until tomorrow)

Less likely, it may have already been used, or the wrong region for your account - but I'd think it's a safe bet that it's not yet activated.

If you like, give your local PlayStation Support Centre a call and they can check out the hows and the whys for you

As -sbs said the DLC will become active with the Store update which happens later tonight or very early tomorrow morning.
