Hi - firstly thank you for reading - I'm such a n00b...
But secondly - I tried a search and found nothing - perhaps I used the wrong words - so if you have already answered - can you either direct me to the page or perhaps tell me again
1) I have tuned my PlayTV to get all channels the correct way - and I have everything from SBS to Go... But no ABC channels at all!!! (Except the two music ones).
Why can I not pick up ABC 1, 2 and 3?
They all appear in the 'Guide' - but when I access them they're just blank and don't play anything.
All other channels work 100%.
If you can help I'd greatly love to know!
For the mean time we'll just have to watch Jeopardy on iView
Thanks so much (in advance)...

That's exactly happening to my PlayTV too!. I could watch ABC before but suddenly stopped. Rescan or reset didn't help at all. I thought it's because of my antenna yet obviously it's not the cause. Anyone have same problems? Any solutions? Thanks.

I have had the same problem, though i also lost 10 and One. They just stopped working and on a re-scan i couldn't pick them up. The same antenna cable into my TV picks up all the lost channels perfectly.

bugg. I get the same thing.
at first it was just no ABC channels but last night 10 seemed to be gone as well.
I'm in Canberra which means I can only choose NSW as my region which I thought might have been an issue, but it seems thath's probably not the issue.

I initially had this problem as well and I thought it was just because I was in a bad reception area so I got a new digital tv antenna, but after I re-scanned the channels and able to get all the channels including the ABC channels, I am no longer able to change channels using the numbers on my BD remote (except ABC). For some reason I can manually put in any of the ABC channels eg. 002, 021, 022 & 024 but I am unable to change to any of the other channels using the same method. So the only way I can change channels is by using the tv guide or channel +/-. Any ideas or suggestions to solve this problem?

Thanks ports91, that worked for me to be able to get SBS, all I did was run through your method and selected NSW (as before) with my new amplifier attached and it took off ans scanned all the new channels...great.
Congratulations to ChikageCN for taking out the Forum Tekken Tag Tournament 2
