installed update  on day one,recording problems ever since,dont they test thier product,heres hoping that they bloody well fix it soon,do they even read the forums.on a side note i got an automated reply from ps3-uk,still no personal reply i asked for tho!!!

Sony have confirmed to me over the phone that they are aware of the problems with the latest 2.01 PlayTV update and are working on a fix to send hortly (although they diid not know how long this would take).

Version 2.02 is out now. Hopefully they have fixed all the bugs.

I cant even update to 2.02, when I go to Settings and then Software Update, it tells me that there's an error with Software Update.

2 or 3 days for a fix seems eminently reasonable. Some people are hard to please I guess.

PlayTV has been my favorite Playstation purchase. Everything you get from a good PVR with no clutter and just a small box. Amazing bit of kit.

HD before too long I hope. Available in my area but damned if I'm paying for a HD PVR!
