I just got play tv and i installed it and i had to do a channel scan but it won't pick up any channels. It says No Signal on this frequency. I have a digital antennae and it still doesn't work. HELP! I don't know what to do.

After the PlayTV installation when you were prompted to go through the set up, did you chose Australia as your country (assuming you are from Aus) if you chose other or anything else you will fail to pick up any channels.

Best thing to do is to run a set up again and remember Australia is left of United Kingdoms, strange yes but just remember to scroll left on the country selection screen!

Hi im in NZ in wellington in wainuiomata. When installing playtv using my sat dish which works fine for my hills freeview unit I have a message "no signal on this frequency". When using the hills unit i have to change frequency to 11750 from the default.  Has any one had a "no signal on this frequency" and used a booster for the PlayTV unit or know how to check or change the frequency to get it to work?

I had a problem with my Play TV actually losing channels.  I couldn't get SBS and then started to lose Channel 9 and Channel 7 after a storm.

So what I did was simply purchase a new coaxial TV cable for my PlayTV and, voila, all the channels came back.  Try that if all else fails.
