Play Tv No sound !

Alright so, when I record shows everything works fine but when I record sons of anarchy  

absolutely no sound when playing back not even in the ads its driving me insane I've got the play tv on multichannel and all that but I don't know why that it is only that show not recording any sound can anyone help me!?!?!?

can you record anything else of the same channel the show is on so start from there let me know
