PlayTv not showing tv guide or channels

Any one having any problems picking up channels on playtv. Have a simple arial splitter one two the tv and the other two play tv is picking up channels fine playtv ch 31 only. Live in Melbourne Victoria.

Fixed: Had favourites set too channel 31 only all good now.
