can someone help me! my partner was playing cod black ops and there was someone playing online with the same id as me how is this possible. also i had been playing black ops 4 a while then for some reason my online level got reset from level 26 to 1?.... what can i do?

were u playing split screen? the rank problem would just be a glitch once u download the game settings again via the main menu it should restore.

Fairly new to PS3, but have many (too many ) years of console gaming behind me.

I'm one of the er.......'older brigade', so I'm still quick of mind but slow of reflex (and play accordingly).
