I got up the big ones further out but some of the ones round home base even doing what you were by using the smaller ones as a jump off my jet pack would'nt go up any higher even with a half load of fuel.....

It would be easy to program? That's assuming a lot about what it takes to program something like that. Simply adding it in and having it stick to things might not be such a big deal, but there is a lot that goes into the physics of swinging, hanging, and being pulled to the nearest surface. Especially hooking onto vehicles.. This would not be a quick and dirty addition.

 

Other than that, it's not a terrible idea. But I don't really feel like it's necessary. We already have the Vulture and Hawks to get us to wherever we want to go.

you can uswe the jet pack to get to some really good postions i sugguest you find a samll hill and than try get higher and higher dust by home base were you get the repair gun you can get up the liilte one than go to the big one build a snipper tower up their thats is the highest point on that map you can see 360 thanks 

 

but compelty uselees iff you playing with tanks they will wipe your tower out in seconds

I suppose by "easy" to program I meant "easier". I was pointing out that there was already functionality for sticking stuff, and so they wouldn't have to adjust the programing for every map, structure, and vehicle.

 

But yeah, I hadn't thought of the swinging :smileyhappy:

 

And my rational was that the slots would still be empty when the game ships anyways. Updates and DLC are really the only way.

 

Also, does anyone know what a pistol would be good for? Why use a handgun when you spawn with a machinegun?

 

Also, I thought I'd point out that I haven't tried jetpacks when people weren't shooting at me lol.

  but I thought this would be fun, specially where vehicles are concerned :smileyhappy:

the slots are empty now because they missing 2  more weapons the pistol and the grinder gun 

grappling hook maybe but cant see it happeing warhawk had maps vehicles updates we did not get any new weapons we got a wrench to fik things was really need and a health pack  also was really need made the game a lot better 

 

tust me use the jetpack u be suprised to were you can get with it and find some prety sweet sniper spots i bulid a sniper tower on the highest point on dust amazing get the repair gun inside the sniper tower is a amo box the refills your amo make sure you have some juice in your repair gun and it wiill always refill wen you collect the amo box if 2 off you up their the better i went 20 min being blowend left right and center with rpg but guess what they never toook my tower down had 2 guys in their snipping was the best moment in sniping i had so far best way to snipe

If you fire all 48 rounds its probably easier to quick change to the pistol to finish them off rather than the reload your rifle....

If you have a good look at the Weapons stats your find they have mastery levels for each weapon the 1st one being bronze which is 300 kills for each individual weapon & the pistol is included.....
