Things I Love About Starhawk

[ Edited ]

Show some love!

  1. Sitting on top of a pipe with a Hawk and raining steel death down on your foes as they frantically look around wondering where the copious amounts of doom is coming from.

  2. Seeing an enemy camping in a supply bunker, rushing it, diving down the hatch, stabbing them then taking over the supply bunker and slaughtering anyone who comes near it

  3. Planting a proximity mine just behind a gate that the enemy has created, resulting in a surprise and fury when a jeep drives through it

Your turn!

Re: Things I Love About Starhawk

1. Running unsuspecting foe down with my Razorback and if they jump out of the way reverse over them to finish the job :smileyvery-happy:

2. Planting a turret on a dropped flag so when the enemy comes near..MUAH HA HA HA HA HA

3. Man caking mechs with my pod when respawning :smileyvery-happy:

Getting shot by a camper as I spawn :No-no:

Getting revenge by landing my Drop Pod straight on top of them just fantastic

Re: Things I Love About Starhawk

My most epic moment so far was when I was building a bunker (think it was a bunker) and just as I pressed X to build a Starhawk swooped down. meched and killed me, as it transformed to to fly off my bunker landed on it :smileyvery-happy: Pure fluke but I was happy none the less. Don't mess with TP, not even once I am on the other side :smileytongue:

Re: Things I Love About Starhawk

My favourite moment was when I landed my (badly damaged) Hawk in the enemy base, got out, followed an unsuspecting enemy to a nearby launch pad, climbed up the ladder after them, watched them spawn a new one, jumped it into it and flew off. :smileyhappy: Stealing vehicles from the enemy is so much more satisfying when they have to buy it with their own hard-earned Rift.

Um, mechs and turret guns.  nuff said.

I haven't been as, er, emotionally involved, as warhawk yet.  I'm worried the lack of rage will ultimately mean it's less addictive.

Love the frantic action when opposing spawn points overlap, not condusive to CTF, but will be enourmous fun when TDM launches.

Being able to strap proximity mines on to the razorback and not dying :smileyvery-happy:  The sensation of those pesky mines flying off my jeep and on to a nearby enemy Starhawk is just bliss.  Suicide runs to the enemy base will never be the same again :smileywink:

However, how can anyone overlook Build and Battle.  Quite possibly the most original and fun addition to any shooter based game I've played.  Being able to build a spawn point behind enemy lines followed by mancaking them in their patch is just hilarious :smileyvery-happy:

Where are the mines you talk about...these sound like my kind of weapons!
