Got into a random lobby and two guys started ganging up on me. Fortunately they weren't high level so buffalo rifle + mauser made short work of them. When eastavenge joined they ran away so I'm clearly not scary enough.

I was deterred by discovering I didn't save my RDR files when my last PS3 died. I'll go on a levelling up spree before this event so I'm not too far behind I couldn't stand the lower-level steed's when I played this often

Online data is saved locally? I assumed it was server-side

That's what I assumed, but when I went online I had a donkey and no unlocks. It sucks because I put a lot of time into levelling up on that game

Same problem as me. When my PS3 died I hadn't backed up my files. Can't wait to ride my donkey now!

The same for me, I've put RDR back on and have started the story again and it is still a brilliant game...I'll play online for a bit sometime and try to level up before next week I think

Lol story of my life i don't even use the bull anymore because when i do people always make a crazy bolt to steal it from me. -.- : ( Too bad we can't use the Horses of the apocolypse that would give then a run for their money.
