If its "the quick and everyone else" trophy that you mean, there's a very quick and easy way to boost. If you start the free for all with 2 players, get the first couple of kills. Then get you're friend to quit the free for all match. This instantly gives you the top score and the win. Then just rinse and repeat. The same can be done for the trophy where you have to be on the winning team in four consecutive matches.
