Win some Resistance Burning Skies Goodies!

Hey gang.  not content with just offering a voucher code for Resistance Burning Skies.  Here on the Official PlayStation forums we are also offering 2 Sackboy Chimera keyrings and an autographed poster.

The poster has been signed by various community leads, including our own Envisager (Vissy).  And on top of that, Rabidwalker and myself have also had our grubby hands over it so expect it to smell like chips.

It's a photograph competition this time, I want you to take and post a picture of a gorgeous sky.  this can either be on a really sunny day or spectacular sunset.

Now we all know the British summer can be a bit meh sometimes, so I'm giving you a month to get your entries in.  Plus if you're going on holiday to somewhere warm then I will accept a picture from abroad.

The photograph judged most gorgeous will win the poster and one of the keyrings

The photograph judged the second most gorgeous will win the other keyring.

I'm afraid this competition is only open to those in the UK and Ireland and you have to be aged 16 or over.

Specific Rules for Resistance Burning Skies Goodies

1. This promotion is open to residents of The United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland aged 16 years or over.

2. To enter this promotion, entrants must:

(i)            Go to their local language forum at http://community.eu.playstation.com/playstationeu (“the Forum”);

(ii)           Click on the Resistance HQ board;

(iii)          Sign in to their PlayStation®Network (PSN Account), or if they don’t already have one, create and sign in to a PSN Account;

(iv)         Locate the competition thread and respond to it with an image representing their submission, an image of a sunny or sunset sky.

3. Registration for PSN is subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service and User Agreement and PSN Privacy Policy.

4. The opening date is 21/06/2012 at 0900 BST and the closing date is 31/07/2012 at 2359 BST.

5. All entries must be original and the entrant’s own work (please click on the General Rules for further details). Entrants may enter the promotion only once and will only be eligible to win one prize.

6. Entries must be in JPEG format and no larger than 600 pixels wide.

7. Entrants must adhere to the General Rules and in particular, to sections 7 and 8. In addition, entries must not contain any (i) pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit imagery, (ii) abusive, offensive or hateful imagery or language, (iii) harassing or defamatory content, (iv) content that compromises the privacy or safety of yourself or others, (v) content that demeans a particular gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, ethnicity or nationality, (vi) violent or dangerous behaviour, and/or (vii) spam, advertising or other commercial activities.

8. Following the closing date, the judge(s) will select 2 winners who they consider have submitted the most spectacular images. First place will win a poster and a keyring, second place will win a keyring.

1. The prize for the winner is a Resistance Burning Skies poster, autographed by the community team and 2 Sackboy Chimera Keyrings. The total value of the prize is approximately €4.99.

10. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 2 weeks of the closing date and will be given 4 weeks to claim their prize.

11. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch the prize within 30 days of receipt of the entrant’s claim but the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for prizes that are dispatched later than this period.

12. Prizes shall be sent by email or post to the address associated with the winner’s PSN Account.

13.  If the prize is found to be defective or damaged on delivery, the Promoter must be notified in writing within 7 days of the delivery date, otherwise the prize will be deemed to be accepted as delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights (if any).  

14. The Promoter shall publish the winner’s PSN online ID and country of residence on the Website. Entries may remain on the competition thread within the Forum at the Promoter’s discretion.

Is there any rule as to when the picture was taken? 

The ones I like are from when I spent a year in Australia. Plus a bonus skydive picture!

My entry... taken at Stoneleigh Classical Music and Firework display back in 2007 (note... i dont actually like classical music... i just went for the firework display lol )
