Linking resistance 3 and global resistance?

Does anyboday know how to link resistance 3 accounts to global resistance accounts(myresistance.net)?.By doing this it allows the player to unlock r3 multiplayer content but i cant seem to find how to link them.any ideas?

took me a while but i found it.

 

anyhow whats wth this 267,500 troops to deploy its taing me ageeees.
