Resistance Online

Hi, i got a problem here where it says that 'online service is disabled due to parental control restrictions. (2000002)' after i chose the 'Multiplayer' option in resistance 3. My parental controls are all off. Not sure what it is wrong, but ive put my multiplayer code and done everything i need to do like turning off parental control and stuff, any solutions to this??

P.S. I'm using a sub account and i've set allowed instead of block from my master account's sub account management.

im not sure how sub accounts work or if you have to activate them? if yes then check its still active, if not then check that the main account is still activated as everytime i went on multiplayer it deactivated my account, maybe not your problem but worth checking out all the same

I tried activating both for the 'Game' and 'Video' for my master and sub account but i still can't access to the multiplayer. It shouldn't be my problem right since i can access to multiplayer for my other games.
