I'm trying to go through on a non lethal playthrough, and doing well so far BUT

Three guys I knocked out and hid are now dead, does their subsequent dying affect my non lethal playthrough?

I would guess so. Everyone is saying you should check their body and see if there is a 'zzzzz' over it to tell if they are unconscious or dead.

But they WERE knocked out. I've been specifically knocking them out.

There are no spoilers in the following explanation

It's in Derelict row. I knocked out three guys and hid them under a walkway sleeping peacefully. I went back and had a look. One was now dead under the walkway, and the game had glitched the other two through the walkway.

Ive read that Derelict Row is a hot spot for the non-lethal glitches. Unless you remember actually throwing an object into them or you dropped them in water, my suggestion would be to just carry on playing. There have been people who have had similar glitches and still received the pacifist trophy at the end of the game.

These three were with the sneak up behind and knock them out

think thats a glitch i experienced a similar problem in the hong kong apartments. knocked out 4 guys dragged them to a vent... second later they appeared as dead.. this did not affect my pacifist trophy though.
