Hey guys, figured I'd ask this in here in the hope that someone can help me. I'm looking for a way to get a hold of the sound effects from FFVII such as the noises when a character attacks, uses a spell or a limit break. I could probably record them using my mobile phone but the sound quality isn't particularly good.

For anyone interested in why I am looking for these, I'm currently doing a project in College and have chosen to create a FFVII web-site.

So, any help would be appreciated

you can probably find them online somewhere if you look hard enough. Failing that it is possible to crack he disk using a PC, but the legality of this is dubious and putting anything from it on a website would be against copyright.

I used to have FF7 on PC. And it was easy to find the sounds on that. But its quite rare so you might be hard pressed to find someone who has it.

I had all music from FFVI and FFVII. Deleted it.

I dont know about attack noises though, just the music. You could try googling...

If you could download the FFVII game for PC from a torrent (a very erm....legal one *Insert shifty eyes here*)
You should be able to find them in there

Whoa coincidence, I had the exact same idea back in college 4 years ago. In the end I could not find any sound effects, so I just downloaded some music tracks from the OST. Which made me (and other fans in the class) happy enough lol.
