US got this today.

EU pre order shipments should have left by now for delivery tomorrow.

UKs Shopto.net should have taken payment so they can pack the game for shipping next day along with the Normal edition.

 (Game would have done the same)

All others except Amazon.co.uk should ship tomorrow If they are to get you the game by Friday.

Yep hope to be on friday but IF sites messed up the allocation of the CE people may not even be on till later next week.

The bonus squadmate is not exclusive to the collector edition... its is the... From Ashes DLC.

That will be on the store for a price from tomorrow in the EU...

Both my friend and I are getting in store so all good , mine is partly paid for and is waiting to be collected on Friday.
