I can't spawn

Whenever I join a game I can't spawn.
I sit there and wait for the spawn counter tick down to zero but I don't spawn. I'm sitting there looking at that zero like a lemon.

This is the first time I've had this problem and I tried to join several games, I played yesterday and there was nothing wrong with the spawnsystem. ***** is going on?

It's happened to me a few times as well.

Reboot your PS3.
