MY PRO CODE DOES NOT WORK!

I had pre-ordered the full deployment kit before it had even been sold from gamestop and the code on the back of the manual did not work for the pro content all that showed was the shotgun and map and still wont allow me to get the pro assult pack I wan to know if I can get another or if i can get refunded.

Are you from the USA? Is your online account Eu or US? It seems as if its a US code so you will need to make a US account to redeem it
