Id be happy to play another new Socom but i don't rate confrontantion too much its just ok rather than good/brilliant imo

So even with the old maps such as blizzard, vigilance and nightstalker added it still doesn't make it play and feel as good as the older games did..

All imo though of course whatever you prefer is upto you

Yes this is basically how the S1 & 2 Blizzard map was online

As for this being Sony's way to bring S1&2 to the PS3 I think they missed a few maps:

*Bump* - I just got pointed to this old thread.

I think it's be an excellent idea for Socom 1 and 2 to be released on PSN for all to play, it'd revive the old community and there would be loads of fun to be had
