Re: Vote socom 2 HD.
I used to be in Slicks camp, but after seeing SOCOM 4 and the direction they have taken, I would actually like to see this happen now. So I voted a few weeks ago.
Not saying S4 will be bad, but it's going to be different. Classic mode or no Classic mode.
There's also nothing wrong with liking both S4 and wanting a S2 HD remake.

Aye i also voted ages ago but I can't really be bothered campaigning for something that it really seems like SONY want to ignore and leave in the past.
Ofcourse if it did happen i would buy it and play it.

Aye i also voted ages ago but I can't really be bothered campaigning for something that it really seems like SONY want to ignore and leave in the past.
Ofcourse if it did happen i would buy it and play it.
The type of game SOCOM is just doesnt cut the mustard when it comes to the discussion of a new project these days. Thanks to CoD4. If there had been one decent contender standing against CoD4 when it was the only thing worth playing on the early days of the PS3 then it might not have been so.
A lot of us were introduced to online gaming with SOCOM, but the next generation were introduced to online gaming with games that were respawn killstreak packed pieces of turd. So thats the way all games are heading.
Hopefully we can entice a number over to the classic version, get that adrenaline rush going in them and give Zipper a reason to make another *SOCOM* after this

They only love respawn because they have never been the last man alive on fish hook guarding the VIPs upstairs against 4 guys... They never felt that thumping in the chest as soon as you heard footsteps.
Its a shame really.

Haha aye or being the last man alive on SUJO because your whole team ran out assuming victory and all got killed, even better if you managed to get hidden outside the main house and they thought you were inside! Used to love doing that!
