The game is a good few years old now but I have 5 copies of SOCOM Tactical Strike for the PSP to giveaway!

Tactical Strike was the first SOCOM game developed by Slant Six, it was before Fireteam Bravo and event Confrontation were released.  The game follows a real time strategic set of gameplay scenarios where instead of controlling the action directly in the run and gun fashion we have come to expect from the series, you command a squad of 4 Seals (or another selectable faction) .

 

 

These are promotional copies so they do not come with manuals or boxes (above image for demonstrational purposes).

Specific Rules for Win a copy of SOCOM Tactical Strike.

1.     This promotion is open to residents of The United Kingdom and Ireland aged 16 years or over.

2. To enter this promotion, entrants must reply to the competition thread (http://community.eu.playstation.com/t5/En/Win-a-copy-of-SOCOM-Tactical-Strike/m-p/15390429) with their answer to the question within.

3. Registration for PSN is subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service and User Agreement and PSN Privacy Policy.

4. The opening date is 11/03/12 at 1400 GMTand the closing date is 30/03/12 at 0900 GMT.

5. Entrants may only enter the competition once and will only be eligible to win one prize.
    
6. Entrants must adhere to the General Rules and in particular, to sections 7 and 8. In addition, entries must not contain any (i) pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit imagery, (ii) abusive, offensive or hateful imagery or language, (iii) harassing or defamatory content, (iv) content that compromises the privacy or safety of yourself or others, (v) content that demeans a particular gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, ethnicity or nationality, (vi) violent or dangerous behaviour, and/or (vii) spam, advertising or other commercial activities.
     
7. The prize for the winner is a promotional UMD of SOCOM Tactical Strike. The total value of the prize is approximately £19.99. 
    
8. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 2 weeks of the closing date and will be given 4 weeks to claim their prize.
    
9. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch the prize within 30 days of receipt of the entrant’s claim but the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for prizes that are dispatched later than this period.
    
10. Prizes shall be sent by email or post to the address associated with the winner’s PSN Account. Instructions on how to redeem the PSN voucher code and the code’s expiry date will be included in the e-mail.
     
11. If the prize is found to be defective or damaged on delivery, the Promoter must be notified in writing within 7 days of the delivery date, otherwise the prize will be deemed to be accepted as delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights (if any).  
     
12. The Promoter shall publish the winner’s PSN online ID and country of residence on the Website. Entries may remain on the competition thread within the Forum at the Promoter’s discretion.

I mean come on you could have come up with a harder question XD I remember asking when socom one came out what it stands for and it has stuck ever since. So im guessing its a UMD version? Good job i still have my PSP 1000

I just dug out my PSP1000, borrowed the battery out of my sisters and mine still works., ( I sold my battery when I got my Go).

Its all updated, hopefully I will win

Is it a pink one? XD You could easily get  a battery of ebay for a couple of quid if you were desperate

Its black, only Playstation of any colour over then black is my Silver PS2, (well silver and dust these days). And not counting PS1s in that.,

It was from the Socom 1 box I got the answer.
