What are you on about, of course changing the accents to local accents, is localisation, its to localise the product to your region. So yes thats exactly what it is.

It's the same game. Why i am even arguing about this, of course its the same fricking game.

Oh right so I have the American versions of Uncharted then because my version is Nolan North and American actor. Who voiced the English version then?

I seriously don't understand why your getting argumentative over a point I pointed out in that the 2 games have differences between the 2 regions. NAME and VOICES. Even the background of the characters are different so its then a different game.

Uncharted was the same for EVERYONE. Two different things here and exactly my point sheesh.

Sorry mate it is the SAME game.

If i watch a movie that is dubbed, it doesnt mean its a different movie, it just has someone else doing the voice work.

Re: Zipper talking only about Navy seals, not Special Forces

Re: Zipper talking only about Navy seals, not Special Forces

Lol all you need to do these days is change the voice actors and give the characters a different back story and you have a new game.

Why not do this with every game that comes out,2 months after release change it and re-release it.

Accessible, the word that's been ripping the soul out of every game you used to love.

Re: Zipper talking only about Navy seals, not Special Forces

The gameplay is the same but the game has changes therefore it is different.

When a movie is dubbed everything remains the same apart from the language. Socom has a different name, and different character backgrounds so it is different for each region.

Re: Zipper talking only about Navy seals, not Special Forces

The story is the same, the missions are the same, the maps are the same, the guns are the same, the bullet spread is the same, the engine is the same.

Calling it a different name in a different region does not make it a different game :Stupid:

Re: Zipper talking only about Navy seals, not Special Forces

If you go to SOCOM.com and select North America region, you see that they have also separate Forums, integrated to the SOCOM pages much better than in Europe where forums opens to some playstation generic window... maybe game is the same but support is better for Americans. In European pages (Blog) there is no mention about SOCOM Pro or assault map pack...

Well if I have those, I'm happy with support or not...
