hello ive recently got socom special forces and it wont even install the update at the very start it gets up too 413:20 of 1/4 updates and  i have no idea how to get it to work please help with any suggestions many thanks... brett453

Do you have enough space on your hdd? Try deleting data from your hdd for socom might have a corrupt file in it.

I am also getting this problem its stuck on 412.30 of update 1/4 and I have a 500gb HDD

As said above, but try deleting the Game Data utility and then updating/ installing again. If this still does not work back up your game save to a pen drive delete that and try again. (game save may not have anything to do with it but you never know)

Maybe try updating on a different user on your ps3? you never know could work

Had exactly the same issue on first time install at the weekend. Solution (for me) was to delete the cached game data, and try again. 2nd attempt was sucessfull.
