All,

Forgive me if I have some how managed to achieve a FUBAR but while downloading my latest 21 purchases from the SingStore I changed SingStar discs and now I cannot for the life of me find my incomplete downloads...ie how do I restart those that "appear" to be no longer downloading?

I have purchased them but I see no evidence of them currently downloading or in my cart.

Please help.

If I have wasted $50 because of some stupid programming slackness I will not be impressed.

Sorry for not seeing this earlier, hope you've resolved it.

You'll just need to go through the appropriate menus within SingStar - presently I cannot recall, but there is an option to view purchases (I think you press Square from the song carousel) and you can view / redownload any purchases.

12 hours wasted on trying to download 14 songs & only 1 song downloaded so far

Was ment to be done last night for my partner & friends to relax & have a good time after working all week

Now there just bagging out how crap PS3 & sony are & the fact $33 was wasted on songs we/them cant use

Sorry to hear the downloads are taking a while to complete.

Have you checked that there are no speeds issues with your Internet account or issues with your service in your local area?

Also, ensure there are no other devices / computers stealing bandwidth on the same connection (eg. a computer downloading a movie) as this can effect the speed of the Internet on other devices like the PS3.

What type of Internet service are you using, and is the PS3 connected by WiFi or Ethernet?

The best connection would be using Cable / ADSL with Ethernet.

my old ps3 died gt a new one tried to download my singstar songs  to new system  , cannot  acess songs  it says songs only registered to one system , that is stupid i paid for the songs i should be able to access them from any system as per i tunes , anyways cannot deactivate my old ps3 as it died anyone come across thius problem before and how did you resolve it

Hey Scorpio,

Due to licencing restrictions, you can only have SingStar content active on one console at a time.

To refresh the licences, just give your local PlayStation Support Centre a call.

It generally takes a week for the licences to be reset, and then you can download the songs to another console.
