I've just purchased 7 songs + 1 dance add on. I selected to download now, then nothing happened. I've received email receipts for all songs. They do not show in my purchase history. When I rebooted the game they appeared in my purchase history but when I clicked to download they vanished and again nothing happened. Songs I purchased before this wretched update are there. I had no problems downloading songs before the update. This is not on. I can see many others are experiencing similar problems. Why is there no official explanation on these forums. I want my money back very soon unless it's sorted. This update has caused singstar to be very unstable. Please can we have some feedback ASAP even if it's just an acknowledgement of the problem.

Ok, my songs are now showing in purchase history BUT they are taking an age to download. 30 mins to download a 77mb song is not on. Ive tested my connection. Signed in and out of Singstar servers and PSN servers but it's still very very slow. It's clear it's the Singstar servers which are lagging. It would be nice if we got any official feedback but despite posting on here, Facebook and Twitter no one from singstar has bothered to help. It's made me think twice about continuing with this product which is a shame as I really like it and would quite happily spend more on songs. SORT OUT YOUR SERVERS!!!!!!

I presume u downloaded them last night , as exactly the same has happened to me, ill have to check today to see if i can get them from dl history , as it wasnt showing last night - doh - crap songs , now crap service

I've just experienced the same problem. Just bought and paid for 4 songs. Credit card transaction has been processed, yet no songs downloaded. I can even go back into the singstore and add the songs I've just purchased back into my cart! At least it doesn't let you complete the purchase twice... if you try that it says, "This content cannot be selected at this time", followed by, "Unfortunately we have been unable to process your purchases. Please try again later"

Also noticed that the game takes an eternity to load after the last update. Come on Sony!!!

It's not been resolved unfortunately but I received a twitter message last night from a forum moderator on here saying he will look into it.

My songs took 24hrs to show in my purchase history then I was able to download them. The length of time it took to download though was a joke.

I had enough money left in my wallet to buy 1 more song so I did as I wanted to see if the problem was still there.......and unfortunately it was. Song disappeared. So it looks like buying songs is a 24hr process at the moment.

Mine eventually rocked up on the download list two days later and once after a power cycle and then I saw them but couldnt download them , then trying again , I actually got them to download

This problem still exists its just happened to me, the purchase has gone through as i have had the email confirmation but no song to download in my history as the stupid network said it was undergoing maintenance, its a complete joke that it takes ages for anything to show up in your purchase history. These updates make the game more and more unplayable as time goes on. Latest update now makes songs appear in my list while selecting very slow as well.

I have the same problem. Bought three songs last saturday and nothing show up in the purchase history.

It is really a bad joke that they charge you money and don't let you get the purchased item!! Hope I'll get the songs soon or at least my money back.

This circumstance was a party crasher that evening, too...
