Hi,

My new PS3 updated some singstar files automatically yesterday (playstation plus feature apparently) and now, when I try and enter the singstore there is noway to find out my purchase history so that I can redown my purchased songs.

I got a new PS3 slim last Sunday and Sony have reset my download count so that I can download the singstore songs back and this is what I am trying to do.. whats going on?

Am I missing something and can someone help me please?

Hi, the latest update moved the Purchase History to the new My SingStore section. Try looking for it there.

Forgive my ignorance however where is the "My Singstore" selection as I cant find anything that had the option to view purchase history and its really stressing me out as I have 95 songs I need to download onto the new PS3.

On the front page of the SingStore in the bottom right is the 'My SingStore' button.

Purchase History is in here. Once you've selected it, hit the square button to download all of your songs.

Sing star says I have purchased a song pack but the song pack or songs are NOT in my purchase history. so i can neither buy them again or download them, its a deadlock.

what should i do is there a number i can call or an email i can send?

Purchase history

You will see "SONGS" and your list of songs

You can change "SONGS" to "SONG PACKS" and many more options with your left stick.

I hope they will be there.
