still no dl of club land,its almost been a week.what a rip off.

Just spent over an hour with Sony on the phone trying to get the downloads to show up with no luck. They had me activate the "system", try and re download them (which wasn't an option). Had me put my Sing Star Abba disc in to see if that would do anything. The Sing Star view is downloaded but only option inside there is Online community and store. Two different reps tried helping with no success. They finally gave up and refunded my $13.98 for my two different Bon Jovi song packs. I REALLY REALLY want these. Can I just buy them on disk? Or can you give me a quick easy fix, that does not mean getting on the phone with tech support for an hour?

I purchased a few songs (9, I think) but only two downloaded before my PS3 crashed for some reason. When I restarted it, they did not start to download automatically and they were gone from the Checkout area so I couldn't work out how to find them and download them manually. When I look the songs up in the Singstore, they have a check mark against them instead of a price, so I assume the system knows I have purchased them. Can anyone help?
