Why under some language filters there are no songs?

By default in SingStar Store language filter is set to English.

If you change it to German or Spanish then you can find songs in... German and Spanish. Obvioulsy :)

However, the language filter lists a few other languages like Polish or Russian. Why there is no songs there? What’s the point of adding language to the list if there are no songs? Moreover, there was SingStar in Poland that included songs in Polish language. Is this caused by some weird Sony’s region locking policy?

Does the content of SingStar Store changes depending on country?

I've done a bit of research and found this:

https://www.singstar.com/en_US/store/by-act.html?language=POLISH

So do I get this right - in US you have 5 songs available? I live in the UK, if I VPN to US or Poland :) can I purchase songs there and use it in the UK? Where can I find the complete list of songs available in each country?

UPDATE: That link is for PS3 songs. Really SONY... you don't have anything for PS4???
