new ps3 cannot acess my songs as songs only work on one system

long story short , 60g ps3 died , brought new one yesterday , wife tried to get her songs from singstar cannot access them as they only work on one system ? anyways  cannot deactivate old system as it died , why is singstar songs not avaliable to me i paid for them i should be able to acess them as per i tunes  , anyone  come across this problem and how did you resolve it

Ultimately you need to call Sony on the following number depending upon your locale and request they deactivate your old system.
