anybody here knows what this means?

I've been trying to login on my PS3 Singstar online but it doesn't work on my PS3 even though I am already login to PS3 network and this error code always comes out.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

I do not understand why this is not resolved. There is clearly something wrong and all my connections are fine. Trying to use my ps3 and singstar over Christmas and new year and all Sony has done is lost out on lots of money I would have spent on songs. Useless. Very unhappy.

Im having the same issue, someone put £30 into my account for xmas specifically to spend on Singstar songs, and that error code keeps coming up even though i am logged into my PSN account fine. Have you managed to fix it yet?

We are still looking into this issue, this has been sent to the Development team and the game Producer to look into. I will keep tabs on this and as soon as I have an update I will let you now.
