Tiger Woods 13 Pre-Order Code Help

So i put my codes from Tiger Woods 13 into the redeem part of the store, everything is fine and the store tells me that the codes are working, but they don't go on to the game. It strikes me as weird as i've tried it with two codes and the codes are being redeemed but they are not downloading the extras to my account or onto the game.

 

Any ideas?

what was the pre-order bonus? was it coins? if so, were they not added when you started up the game?

It was 6000 coins with each other the codes of which i had two, and no they weren't added.
