The 2012 Formula One Season.

Formula-1 2012.jpg

So this season has officially started with free practice one going on at this moment from the Aussie circuit, Albert Park.

Who do you all think is going to win, who are the potential challengers to Vettel's crown this year.

Personally I am hoping for 5 teams to be up there challenging for the championship & wins, teams like RBR, Ferrari, McLaren, Mercedes & Lotus.

Enjoying the Ferrari misery, also will; be good to see Red Bull having to fight for the first time in a couple of years. McLaren could very well run away with it though.

Re: The 2012 Formula One Season.

Predictions gone wrong.

It'l be hard to stop Alonso from winning the driver's championship at least, for Ferrari.

Time to step up Mr Webber!!

10 races to go. More than enough time for our man to show us what he is really made of.

Oh well another season done, only to watch Alonso just lose. On the bright side I came first on realityf1.

What no F1 2013 Thread? :-o

Webber should kick out Perez mid-season with a move to McLaren!
He's practically English anyway & more British then most Brit drivers ;-D

[ Edited ]

I see what you've done there.

But a 6 month thread bump ... I dunno, could be worthy of a spanking. :smileytongue:

*Edit*

Oh alright, it's 5 months ... but still ...

Oooooh, a kudos button.

Kudos ... but not for the post, oooh no.

But for earlier, unkudosable posts.

Hang on.

'Unkudosable' ... I could be onto something there. :smileyhappy:

Re: The 2012 Formula One Season.

Yea sorry my phone asks for "solutions" if I make a new thread(...?

It's back this weekend yay!
Webber to take out Vettel on a corner, but carries on himself unscathed. Hamilton - Webber 1 - 2 (either order ) Ice man 3rd.

I know you guys love your own rallying over there (recommendations of what to search for are welcome) but do you guys follow the WRC?
I haven't watched this year as its not on tv properly here :-(

Re: The 2012 Formula One Season.

Perth ridiculously dropped it's round of the WRC, and nothing has replaced it.

So no rounds are currently held in Aus.

But yeh, I'll take notice of any top line sport, although I'm not as religious with WRC as I am with F1 or MotoGP.

Alternatively, and some may suggest I'm a tad biased here, but the Targa Tasmania tarmac rally is an awesome event.

It's one of, if not the, oldest rallys of it's type still running around the world.

Eric Bana even made a movie/doco of his adventures when he entered one year.

Targa Tas linky
