The makers of GoalRef and Hawk-Eye goal-line technology have told Rangers they can't use the system next season.

Apparently it doesn't work with goal posts made from jumpers.

I don't get the fuss every time these ratings come out.

We always win, we just don't win when it matters. The rankings (you can easily find the formula used), do not take in to account national feelings of satisfaction.
