Advance / Arcade flight

Hey everyone.

In advance flight you can dodge by either moving analogue sticks towards the centre - then outwards at the same time while boosting. OR you can wiggle the Left stick an pressing cross.

What's the deal in arcade? Is it more automatic than Advance?
