I really want to get this game, but those beta exclusives are turning me off. I didn't own a ps3 at the time of the beta, and now that I do, I feel like I missed this game entirely. It's a small thing, I know, but if it's on the disk, I feel sort of entitled to it. I would be willing to pay for the beta items later, but not ever being able to obtain them would leave sort of a void in me while I get owned by people with a swirling band of light around their wrist. I haven't bought the game yet, and I won't unless the beta stuff isn't exclusive.

The beta reward is merely cosmetic, it doesn't give beta players any kind of advantage over other players.
It exists purely to indicate which players were involved in the beta, making it available for anyone to purchase would make it completely redundant.

I understand that it can be annoying to know that you'll never get what someone else has, but at the end of the day - it is a completely cosmetic item and we all deserve a little reward for our input during the beta. .
