why not? I was a warhawk player since day one, had a clan there & was in the beta for starhawk & i've made a new clan here. what else do I need to have one?

Sorry, just to back the other guys comment. Only elite recognised WH clans recieved them. 

The following have them as far as I know: [UNIT], [BSK], [MWHS], [T$] and [SWARM] 

Im in [UNIT] and I have to say, the elite banner is nothing special...
