When you spawn a car, when is a new car available again?

when the previous one is destroyed? no way of manually respawning or claiming back the garage?

Sometimes a car is abandoned in a dire state, but not destroyed - so it is frustrating when there a 3 garages at the base, none that can spawn a car

Or am I missing something?

U can respawn vehicles at will at the yellow control panel on the base where the vehicle spawns

.... or repair a damaged Razor with the repair tool.

repair would work, depending on where I dumped my vehicle, sometimes at the enemy base

didn't know about the yellow control panel!! thanks
