Hawks in a Ground Pounder ?

Was in a ground Pounder yesterday , and we had some spawns up near the enemy base , we were getting a lot of people gathered in one place , then all of a sudden a massive enemy cluster bomb , about 8 of us died then the kill cam flipped skyward to show a hawk flying off , So I double checked that I hadnt got my maps mixed up , and I was right NO ability to build a Hawk station in my loadout.   How the hell is this possible ?

Are you sure it wasn't a Tank artillery strike? It's practically the same.

im afraid not defo showed cluster icon for the kill and showed hawk flying away in kill cam ......
