ok, the only way I can ever scrub missles is with the chaf (press R3)

I try the flight menuvers (tap analog + X)  but never manege to shake them off, am I doing it wrong? cause I cant figure it out.

Chaff is indeed R3. There's a small icon indicating whether or not it's able to be used or reloading too.

You can my just dodging, but as of now the missile scrubbing system, frankly, is crap. I use advanced flight, so I can do any maneuver. Whereas Warhawk had great scrubbing, this system is more likely to make you run into the ground (thus is why there is no impact damage) than dodge a missile.

i'm normal flight and found WH easier to shake missiles off. chaf is an added extra for me now lol!

This happened to me.

Are you setting the missile scrubbing method to the 4th option first? Because this method isn't available for Advanced flight so the system gets it's knickers in a twist.

Set the missile scrubbing method to X and then select Advanced.

They added the warhawk flight system....it is called arcade flight works EXACTLY like warhawk. hold R2 and double tap R2 moving reticule even the generic twirling and what not (which IMO got old and made scrubbing missiles too easy....I can't believe they made chaffs a cool-down....then again how fragile hawks are it really doesn't matter....

The "canned" dodge moves suck IMO. I'd much rather use the 2 analogue sticks. Avoids 80% of whats shot at me. Although dodging is a lot harder than in warhawk.

Unless you use arcade mode which is just as easy as warhawk to dodge.
