I just bought the game new in a belgian retail store, tried to enter my online pass code, but it says it's an invalid code.
The game was still in plastic wrapping and everything.

Are you redeeming the code in the correct region? For example, USA codes won't work in the UK playstation store. So redeem it in the Belgian PS Store and if that doesn't work, try to redeem it later this week.
The game, according to wikipedia, launches tomorrow on the 9th. For the UK it launches on Friday I believe. Try it tomorrow as they may not have allowed the codes to be redeemed until release day. I had this problem with redeeming Test Drive Unlimited 2 dlc when we got the game early.

I'm getting the same problem.. Region 2 game Starhawk (EU), I have an UAE account which i assume is also region 2.
Can someone confirm which region UAE account falls under? why is the passcode not being accepted? Is it just a bit early? is it just that the EU online feature is still inactive and not accepting codes today?
It seems that also purchasing online vouchers is not an option either. Says something along the lines of "no items available for purchase".
